We offer a choice of two fabulous holiday apartment for rent in Oliva, Costa Del Azahar. One has two-bedrooms, the other has three. They are available for rent separately or together.

Oliva is a thriving market town open all year round, not dependent on tourism. In our local area there is a plentiful supply of friendly bars, cafes and restaurants to suit all tastes. The streets of Oliva are full of interesting shops and the white sand beaches are clean and never crowded, they simply take your breath away.

We are ideally situated to enable you to enjoy the best that Spain has to offer, within easy reach of both Alicante and Valencia Airports. There are many attractions in the vicinity to ensure that you never have a dull moment.

OLIVA BEACH                       
 

Our apartments are situated in the old part of town, virtually a flat walk from the town centre and all the amenities.

2 BEDROOM APARTMENT

Located on the ground floor with direct access from the street. It has one single room and a large double-bedroom. A sizeable hall leads through double doors into the dining room, and a covered patio for sitting in. Then through to a scullery and kitchen (with its own washing machine and dishwasher), and bathroom with shower.

3 BEDROOM APARTMENT

This apartment is upstairs, with its own front door from the street. It has a spacious lounge, dining area, separate kitchen, large bathroom, two twin rooms and a double room. We also have a cot for the smaller guests.

There is a TV video and CD player in both apartments for your use.

Up the stairs there is a beautiful roof terrace that you are welcome to use at any time, where you can BBQ, sit & sip drinks, read awhile, or just relax.
On arrival you will be given a 'Welcome pack', containing all sorts of useful goodies.

From Alicante Airport head for Valencia on the A7 (AP7) motorway (northbound), or from Valencia head for Alicante on the A7 (AP7) motorway (southbound) choosing the 'coastal option'.
 

This is a toll road and the cost from Alicante is approximately 8 Euros and from Valencia approximately 5 Euros.
 

Leave the A7 at junction 61 (Salida 61) signposted for Oliva.
 

After paying the toll continue along to the T-junction, turn right on to the N332 towards Oliva.
 

There are tall, iron, modern art pillars at either side of the road at the entrance to the town.  Continue straight on and you will pass a petrol station on the right.  Take the next right turn at the 'Tropicana Muebles' furniture store and carry on up the hill.  As the street narrows, you will come to a crossroads.  The 'Gama Mini-Market' will be on your right. The street up is Calle San Pascual (our road).   Follow the road up and around to the left, turn left onto Barranc and find somewhere to park.  Walk back around the corner to Calle San Pascual, we are number 21 and will be waiting for you!
 

Oliva is a village within a town, with the added bonus of all that you would want from a family seaside resort. It is the perfect blend of old and new. The old town has many relics of the past, including the ruin of Castle Sant Anna that overlooks the town from the hill. You will see for yourself the influences that different cultures have had on the town over the centuries.

Oliva’s economy is based on the citrus fruit harvests.  The process continues all year round as you will see from the abundant orange and lemon groves in the area.

Nestled in the Safor Valley, between the mountain ranges of Gallinera and Mustalla, Oliva has many different environments, naturally protected by the mountains. None is more spectacular than the 10km fine sand beach surrounded by an almost continual, natural dune.
